BS5306-3 Requires Business owners to regularly inspect and maintain their Fire Fighting

equipment. Four basic levels of maintenance are required.

· Initial Commissioning

· Monthly Inspection

· Annual Service

· 5 / 10 year Extended Service

The Monthly inspection is usually carried out by your companies’ safety officer.

The Initial Commissioning, Annual Inspection and Extended Service all require

specialised knowledge and equipment.

We do not follow this industries frequent practice of charging an unrealistically low figure for
